Songyan Power Beijing Technology, operating as Noetix Robotics, has confidentially filed in Hong Kong for an initial public offering to raise potentially hundreds of millions of dollars, Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The humanoid robot startup aims to list as early as next year, sources told the news outlet. An affiliate of battery giant Contemporary Amperex Technology (SHE:300750, HKG:3750) is among notable investors in Noetix, which raised 1 billion yuan in a fundraising round in March, the report said.

Talks are ongoing, and the timing and size of the final offering may change, the report said.
