Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) reported a distribution per unit, or DPU, of SG$0.01816 for the fiscal second quarter ended Sept. 30, compared with a DPU of SG$0.0185 a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Total amount for distribution came in at SG$101 million from SG$98.2 million in the year-ago period.

Net property income rose to SG$154.8 million from SG$153.3 million, while gross revenue jumped to SG$180 million from SG$177.5 million year over year.
