Results from a phase I/II clinical study of SYS6090 showed a manageable safety profile and preliminary anti-tumor activity in patients with advanced solid tumors.

Results from another phase I/II trial of SYS6043 also demonstrated a manageable safety profile and favorable durable anti-tumor activity in previously-treated patients with advanced breast cancer.
