The Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has signed an agreement with Alibaba's (HKG:9988) cloud unit to promote the adoption of agentic artificial intelligence across Dubai's private sector, according to a Tuesday press release.

The partnership will provide businesses with technical training and certifications, while helping startups access mentorship, cloud resources and software licenses.

It will also support companies in testing and deploying AI solutions, with both parties planning to develop case studies on their commercial impact.
