Far Eastone Telecommunications (TPE:4904) will lease 2,364 ping of office space in New Taipei City for NT$252.1 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.

The right of use asset is NT$238.9 million, with office staff to relocate to the new space to make room for the expansion of its TPKC cloud computing center.
