AEM Holdings Ltd has allotted and issued 90,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of options granted under its 2014 employee share option scheme. The options were exercised at 1.142 Singapore dollars per share on Jun, 29 2026.

The new shares are expected to begin trading on the Singapore Exchange’s Mainboard at 9:00 a.m. on Jul, 1 2026. They will rank pari passu with the company’s existing ordinary shares.

After the issuance, AEM Holdings’ total issued and paid-up share capital stands at 319,547,710 ordinary shares, excluding 2,617,383 treasury shares.

The announcement was made by Chief Executive Officer Samer Kabbani on behalf of the board.
