China Display Optoelectronics Technology Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 334) announced that with effect from 28 November 2025, Mr. HAI Hong, aged 42, will serve as an Executive Director. He currently holds the position of General Manager at China Display Optoelectronics Technology (Huizhou) Company Limited. Mr. HAI has a bachelor’s degree in material formation and control engineering and amassed extensive experience in the display technology sector, previously serving in engineering roles at Innolux Corporation from 2005 to 2011 and later at TCL China Star Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. HAI’s directorship at China Display Optoelectronics will span three years from 28 November 2025, with annual renewals thereafter. In addition, he holds no interest in the company’s shares and maintains no relationships with any other directors, senior management, or major shareholders. The board warmly welcomes Mr. HAI’s appointment and notes that all terms follow the relevant regulations governing listed securities.
