Crazy Sports Group Limited reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 October 2026. The company’s authorised share capital remained at 50.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million in nominal terms.

Issued share capital was steady at 4.53 billion ordinary shares, representing approximately 9.05% of the authorised share allotment. No treasury shares were held or cancelled, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 4.53 billion.

Crazy Sports also affirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares, with no shortfall reported.

Under the company’s 26 May 2022 share option scheme, 13.18 million options were outstanding at month-end, unchanged from August. This pool equates to roughly 0.29% of the current issued share base, while the scheme still allows for up to 406.61 million shares (about 8.98% of issued capital) to be issued upon future option grants and exercises. No options were exercised and no funds were raised during the period.

There were no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other share-linked instruments reported, and no new shares were issued under any agreements or arrangements.

The filing was signed by Joint Company Secretary Chan Lap Chun Jason, who confirmed adherence to all applicable Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements.
