SMOORE INTL (06969) has announced the grant of a total of 3.67 million share options to six eligible participants within the group, effective from August 24, 2026.

The options were issued under the company's amended share option scheme, which received shareholder approval on February 18, 2025. Under the terms of the scheme, each grantee is required to pay HK$1 as consideration for accepting the options, within a period determined and communicated by the board, not exceeding 30 days from the date of grant, inclusive of that day.
