Bama Tea Repurchases 65,900 H Shares for HKD 2.25 Million, Treasury Holdings Rise to 0.76% of Share Capital

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. (Bama Tea) disclosed that it bought back 65,900 H Shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 4 September 2026. The transaction was executed under its existing share-repurchase mandate approved on 21 April 2026.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 33.68 to HKD 34.48 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 34.18 per share and a total consideration of HKD 2.25 million.

Following the buyback: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.08% to 84.28 million. • Treasury share balance increased to 642,600 shares, representing approximately 0.76% of the company’s total issued share capital of 84.92 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under the April mandate reached 642,600 shares, equivalent to 1.21% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date.

All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock; none have been cancelled. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Bama Tea is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 4 October 2026.
