Hua Hong Semiconductor disclosed that revenue in the third quarter of 2025 reached a historic high of US$635.2 million, representing a 20.7% year-on-year increase and a 12.2% rise compared to the previous quarter. Gross margin was 13.5%, up from 12.2% in the same period last year, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent reached US$25.7 million, reflecting a 42.6% decline year on year but a significant jump of 223.5% over the previous quarter.
According to management, the record revenue was driven by increased wafer shipments, an improved average selling price, and high capacity utilization. Standalone non-volatile memory products and power-related technology platforms made notable contributions to the overall expansion: standalone NVM revenue rose by 106.6% and analog & power management recorded a 32.8% increase year on year. China remained a key market, accounting for 82.3% of total sales.
For the fourth quarter of 2025, the company forecasts revenue of approximately US$650 million to US$660 million, with a projected gross margin in the 12% to 14% range. The management highlighted steady progress in capacity expansion, cost-reduction measures, and ongoing integration efforts aimed at strengthening the product portfolio and boosting long-term growth potential.
