Acrophyte Hospitality Trust said on Nov, 21 2025 that its managers are continuing the strategic review first announced in May 2025 and remain in talks with the group’s sponsor over a possible transaction involving the stapled securities.

The managers cautioned that there is no certainty any deal will be reached and pledged to make further announcements in line with Singapore Exchange regulations should material developments arise.

Stapled securityholders were advised to exercise caution when dealing in their securities and to seek professional advice if in doubt.

Acrophyte Hospitality Trust, listed on the Singapore Exchange since May 9 2019, holds a portfolio of 32 select-service hotels totaling 4,188 rooms across 17 U.S. states.
