EMPEROR INT'L (00163) has announced that Deloitte has decided to resign as the company's auditor, effective April 10, 2026. Following the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Grant Thornton (HK) CPA Limited as the new auditor. The appointment will also take effect on April 10, 2026, to fill the interim vacancy. Grant Thornton will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
