Boustead Singapore Limited (F9D) announced on Apr, 24 2026 that its engineering and construction subsidiary, Boustead Projects E&C Pte Ltd, has secured a public-sector contract valued at more than 400 million Singapore dollars to build an office complex in Singapore.

The award is the largest contract to date for both the subsidiary and the group, raising the Real Estate Solutions Division’s order backlog to 837 million Singapore dollars and lifting the group’s overall engineering order backlog to about 1 billion Singapore dollars.

The three-year project is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s profitability for the financial year ending Mar, 31 2027, as most work will take place after the first year, the company said.
