Tomson Group Limited (Stock Code: 258) has announced that, under its Articles of Association, any unclaimed interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2019 will be forfeited and revert to the company on 2 April 2026. The interim dividend, declared on 31 March 2020, was HK$0.11 per share.

Shareholders entitled to but yet to receive or cash their dividend warrants are advised to contact the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F., Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong no later than 4:30 p.m. on 1 April 2026.
