Chuang's China (ASX: 00298) and Chuang's Consortium International (ASX: 00367) have jointly announced that Chinaculture.com, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Chuang's China, has sold a total of 18.922 million shares in CNT Group (ASX: 00701) through a series of market disposals on the Stock Exchange.

The sales took place between April 22, 2026, and June 18, 2026, generating total cash proceeds of approximately HK$2.6 million. This equates to an average price of about HK$0.139 per CNT Group share, with the transaction prices ranging from HK$0.110 to HK$0.208 per share, excluding transaction costs.

Separately, Chinaculture.com has accepted a general offer from CNT Group for its remaining 299 million shares at the offer price of HK$0.1 per share.

CNT Group declared its offer unconditional on June 17, 2026. The acceptance of this offer is expected to provide Chinaculture.com with total cash proceeds of approximately HK$29.9 million, excluding transaction costs.
