YuanShengTai Dairy Farm Limited (Stock Code: 1431) has announced that a Special General Meeting (SGM) will take place on 28 November 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in Beijing. Shareholders will consider an ordinary resolution related to the 2026 Feihe Master Agreement and its corresponding transactions. The agreement’s proposed annual caps are RMB3,100 million for 2026, RMB3,400 million for 2027, and RMB3,700 million for 2028, alongside a 96% limit under the proposed terms.

The SGM will be held at EAST Beijing, located at No. 22, Jiuxianqiao Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. Shareholders are reminded that the register of members will be closed from 25 November 2025 to 28 November 2025, inclusive. Transfer procedures must be finalized no later than 4:30 p.m. on 24 November 2025 for shareholders to qualify for voting.

Proxy documents should be deposited at the branch share registrar's office in Hong Kong at least 48 hours before the SGM. Joint holders of any ordinary share are advised that the first-named holder in the register will be entitled to vote if multiple holders are present. Voting on the resolution will be conducted by poll.
