Keppel Infrastructure Trust (A7RU) will convene its annual general meeting (AGM) on Apr, 29 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Singapore Time. The session will be held in person at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level 4, Melati Ballroom, 10 Bayfront Avenue. The trust confirmed that no virtual attendance option will be available.

Printed copies of the Notice of AGM and proxy forms will be mailed to unitholders, while the FY2025 annual report, meeting appendix and audited financial statements can be downloaded from the trust’s website and SGXNet. Unitholders who still need hard copies must submit a request form by 5:00 p.m. on Apr, 17 2026.

Key deadlines include Apr, 17 2026 for advance submission of questions and for CPF/SRS investors to instruct their agent banks or operators to appoint the meeting chairman as proxy. Proxy forms for all other unitholders must be lodged by 10:30 a.m. on Apr, 27 2026.

Unitholders and duly appointed proxies can register on-site from 9:30 a.m. on the meeting day. Identity verification with NRIC or passport will be required for entry. Questions can be submitted in advance via email or post and will be addressed online by Apr, 25 2026, with additional queries taken during the meeting.

Persons holding units through relevant intermediaries should liaise with their custodians by 5:00 p.m. on Apr, 17 2026 to secure attendance or voting arrangements.
