SHENGHUI CLEAN (02521) has announced that on July 24, 2026, Fengsheng Clean Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (Fengsheng Clean) sold 175 million shares of the company. This represents approximately 9% of the total issued shares as of the date of the announcement.

Prior to the sale, Fengsheng Clean held 587 million shares, representing approximately 30.1% of the total issued shares. Following the transaction, Fengsheng Clean holds 411 million shares, equivalent to 21.1% of the total issued shares as of the announcement date, and is no longer the controlling shareholder of the company.

Fengsheng Clean is wholly owned by Mr. Li Chenghua, the co-chairman of the board and executive director of the company.
