ProsperCap Corporation Limited said on Jun, 12 2026 that the share charge granted on Apr, 27 2026 over 1,344,870,969 of its ordinary shares—representing about 83.74 percent of issued capital—in favour of Bangkok Bank Public Company has been released after DTGO Corporation Limited fully repaid the related debt on Jun, 11 2026.

DTGO has simultaneously secured a new THB 6 billion facility (approximately 0.23 billion Singapore dollars) from Bangkok Bank under a promissory note sale agreement dated Jun, 11 2026. As part of this financing, controlling shareholder DTP Inter Holdings Corporation Pte. Ltd. re-pledged the same 1.34 billion ProsperCap shares (83.74 percent stake) to the lender.

The company said the announcement is made in compliance with Rule 728 of the Catalist Rules, which requires disclosure of any share-pledging arrangements by controlling shareholders.
