Wei Yuan Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1343) has announced a change in its company secretary, authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, and authorised representative for the acceptance of service of process and notice in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, effective 30 October 2025. According to the announcement, Mr. Lee Tsi Fun Nicholas has tendered his resignation from all these roles and confirmed there is no disagreement with the board.

On the same date, Ms. Lo Wan Man will assume the position of company secretary and the above authorised representative roles. Ms. Lo brings over 20 years of accounting, auditing, and financial management experience. She holds a Master of Science in finance from City University of Hong Kong and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
