The board of directors for BIOHEART-B (ASX: 02185) has announced a series of appointments and re-elections following its annual general meeting.

Mr. Wang Li, Mr. Wang Yunqing, and Ms. Wang Peili have been re-elected as executive directors for the company's third-term board.

Additionally, Mr. Chen Yiqing, Mr. Lu Xubo, and Mr. Jiang Yifei have been re-elected as independent non-executive directors for the same board term.

The tenure for this third board of directors is set for three years, commencing from the date of the annual general meeting, with eligibility for re-election upon its conclusion.

Immediately after the annual meeting, the board unanimously elected Mr. Wang Li to serve as the Chairman of the third-term board of directors.
