LEADER EDU (01449) has announced that BDO Limited will retire as the Company's auditor upon the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for February 24, 2026, following the completion of its current term.

The Board of Directors hereby announces that, based on the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee, it has resolved to propose the appointment of Zhong Zhi Xin (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the new auditor following BDO's retirement.

This appointment is intended to take effect from the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and will remain in place until the end of the Company's next Annual General Meeting, subject to approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming meeting.
