On January 23, Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huatai Securities," 06886.HK, 601688.SH) announced the application for the listing of a US$10,000,000,000 guaranteed medium-term note program.

The issuer of the aforementioned program is PIONEER REWARD LIMITED, which is unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Huatai Securities.

As of the date of this announcement, the total face value of the notes that may be issued under this program has been increased from US$3,000,000,000 to US$10,000,000,000 (the "increased total face value").

An application has been submitted to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the approval of the listing of the program, together with the increased total face value, for a period of 12 months commencing from September 10, 2025. The notes under this program will be issued solely by way of debt issuance to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited Rules Governing the Listing of Securities). The listing of the program, together with the increased total face value, is expected to become effective on January 26, 2026.
