Dongwu Cement International Limited announced a leadership transition that will take effect on 9 June 2026.
Chief Executive Officer change • Wu Junxian has resigned from the CEO position due to personal commitments. He will continue to serve as an executive director and will receive a director’s fee of HK$0.02 million per month under a supplemental service agreement dated 9 June 2026. • The board expressed appreciation for Mr. Wu’s contributions during his tenure as CEO and confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board nor any matters requiring shareholder attention.
New CEO appointment • Tang Yingjie, aged 40, has been named CEO effective 9 June 2026. His one-year service agreement entitles him to a monthly remuneration of HK$0.04 million and an annual discretionary performance bonus determined by the board and the remuneration committee. • Mr. Tang brings more than a decade of experience in management, operations, procurement, and supply-chain disciplines. Recent roles include deputy general manager of Orient Danse AI Technology Co., Ltd. since March 2025 and deputy general manager (supply chain and procurement) of Orient Semiconductor Technology Equipment Co., Ltd. since February 2024. Earlier positions covered executive and managerial posts at Suzhou Everhealth Biomedical Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hengtong Intelligent IoT System Co., Ltd., and Unisource Technology Inc. • Mr. Tang holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (2013) and an Associate Degree from East Los Angeles College (2011).
Governance and related-party information • As of the announcement date, Mr. Tang does not own shares in Dongwu Cement or its associated corporations under Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance. • He is the son-in-law of non-executive director and controlling shareholder Tseung Hok Ming; no other relationships with directors, senior management, or substantial shareholders were disclosed.
