China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) has announced the formal appointment of Mr. Sun Xiaokun as an executive director of the bank.

This follows the approval of the relevant resolution at the bank's first extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 2026, held on April 29, 2026.

The appointment has now received the necessary approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
