According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a significant change in share custody was recorded for NEW CONCEPTS (HKEX: 02221) on July 8th.

The total custody value involved was HK$8.983 million, representing 6.03% of the company's shares.

A major shareholder of the company deposited 13.82 million shares with Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong, resulting in an increase in their holding percentage by 6.03%.

Separately, NEW CONCEPTS announced its annual results for the period ending March 31, 2026.

The company reported revenue of HK$737 million, a decrease of 20.7% year-on-year.

The loss attributable to the company's owners was HK$58.364 million, narrowing by 27.7% compared to the previous year.

The basic loss per share was 3.148 Hong Kong cents.
