PC PARTNER (01263) Drops Over 3% Again as Company Voluntarily Delists, Shares to Be Withdrawn from HKEX Next Month

PC PARTNER (01263) fell more than 3% again, dropping 3.24% to HK$5.07 by the time of writing, with a turnover of HK$13.42 million. The company previously announced that its resolution to withdraw from listing had been formally approved by shareholder vote. The last trading date on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) is expected to be January 8, 2026, with the delisting from the HKEX Main Board anticipated to take effect at 4:00 PM on January 14, 2026.

The company submitted an application to the HKEX on September 12 for voluntary delisting from the Main Board. After delisting from HKEX, PC PARTNER will retain its primary listing status on the Singapore Exchange. Public records show that PC PARTNER is the world's second-largest GPU graphics card manufacturer, and its subsidiary brand ZOTAC is a core AIC partner of NVIDIA globally.
