Ms. Cheng Ning applied to resign from her positions as Vice Chairman of the Ninth Board of Directors, Executive Director, member of the Board Budget Committee, and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, as she has reached the statutory retirement age. Following her resignation, Ms. Cheng Ning will no longer hold any positions within the company or its subsidiaries.
