Non-registered shareholders can download the documents under the “Investor Relations—Financial Statements/ESG Information” section. Those preferring hard copies may submit a request to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

For future corporate communications, the company will send electronic or postal notices on the publication date if a functional e-mail or postal address is on file. Shareholders who have not provided such contact details will not receive separate publication notices.

The notification reaffirms that shareholders may at any time instruct the registrar on their preferred language (English, Chinese, or both) and format (electronic or printed) for all subsequent corporate communications.
