Innovax Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2680) has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 5 December 2025 at 2:00 p.m., set to be held at Unit A to C, 20/F, Neich Tower, 128 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. The purpose of the meeting is to seek approval for the disposal of the entire issued share capital in Innovax Credit Limited and Innovax Management Limited.

According to the announcement, the transaction will be carried out through a sale and purchase agreement dated 25 September 2025. Under the agreement, Crystal Prospect Limited—an entity wholly owned by Innovax Holdings—will transfer its interests in Innovax Credit Limited and Innovax Management Limited to Maine Sky Limited for a total consideration of HK$58.2 million, subject to adjustment. Maine Sky Limited is wholly owned by Mr. Chung Chi Man. Shareholders are invited to attend the EGM to vote on the proposed disposal and other relevant matters outlined in the notice.
