CMSC (HKEX: 06099) has announced a change in its company secretary position. Ms. Huang Huier has tendered her resignation from her roles as the company's Joint Company Secretary, the Alternate Authorised Representative under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, and the authorised person for accepting legal process documents in Hong Kong. Her resignation will take effect from June 4, 2026.

Following this, Ms. Lai Tianen has been appointed to succeed Ms. Huang in all the aforementioned positions. Ms. Lai will assume the duties of Joint Company Secretary, Alternate Authorised Representative, and the authorised person for accepting service of legal documents in Hong Kong, effective from the same date, June 4, 2026.
