DEEPEXI TECH (ASX: 01384) has announced the appointment of Dr. Feng Wei as an independent non-executive director of the company.

This appointment follows approval at an extraordinary general meeting. Dr. Feng's term will commence on June 22, 2026, and will last until the conclusion of the current board's term.

Concurrently, Dr. Yang Hongxia has stepped down from her role as an independent non-executive director, effective from the same date, June 22, 2026.

As a result of these changes, the composition of the company's board committees has been adjusted. Dr. Yang is no longer a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, and the Nomination Committee.

Dr. Feng Wei has been appointed to serve on the Audit Committee, the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, and the Nomination Committee, effective from June 22, 2026.
