Befar Group Proposes KPMG Huazhen as Auditor for Financial Statements and Internal Controls

Befar Group (06745) has announced a proposal to appoint KPMG Huazhen LLP (Special General Partnership) as its accounting firm.

The proposal to appoint the accounting firm was approved at the 21st meeting of the sixth board of directors of Befar Group Co., Ltd. and is still subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting.
