China Boton repurchases 122,000 shares, raising treasury holding to 2.10 million

China Boton Group Company Limited disclosed that it repurchased 122,000 ordinary shares on 23 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Transaction details – Trading date: 23 June 2026 – Volume: 122,000 shares (0.0113 % of issued shares before the transaction) – Price range: HKD 2.30–2.49 per share – Volume-weighted average price: HKD 2.38 per share – Total consideration: HKD 0.29 million

• Share capital movement – Issued shares (excluding treasury) fell to 1,078.41 million from 1,078.53 million. – Treasury shares increased to 2.10 million from 1.98 million. – Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1,080.51 million, as the repurchased shares were retained in treasury and not cancelled.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation – The buy-back was executed under the general mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 108.05 million shares. – Cumulative purchases under this mandate now total 122,000 shares, representing 0.11 % of the authorised limit, leaving up to 107.93 million shares available for further repurchase.

• Post-repurchase restrictions – In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, China Boton is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 23 July 2026.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant regulatory requirements and that funds for the transaction have been fully settled.
