YADEA (ASX: 01585) has entered into a strategic digital partnership with Cainiao, marking a significant step in its supply chain modernization. The two companies held a project kick-off meeting this month for the development of a central platform dedicated to parts supply and distribution.

This initiative has been designated as a top-tier strategic project for YADEA. Following a ten-month preparatory phase, the project has now moved into the active implementation stage. Its core objective is to leverage artificial intelligence and digital technologies to comprehensively overhaul the company's parts supply chain management system.

As part of this collaboration, Cainiao will apply its expertise in logistics technology R&D and global supply chain operations to assist YADEA in building a flexible and resilient supply chain system. This transformation aims to shift Yadea's after-sales service model from being reactive to becoming proactive and customer-focused.

Both companies expressed their ambition that through this deep, synergistic partnership, they will establish a new benchmark for after-sales service standards. Furthermore, they aim to create a replicable model for supply chain digital transformation within the broader two-wheeler vehicle industry.
