Morimatsu International Shares Surge Over 4% on Subsidiary's Key System Sale

Morimatsu International's stock price rose over 4% in morning trading, gaining 3.88% to HK$9.64 by the latest update, with a trading volume of HK$57.63 million.

The increase follows a company announcement that its subsidiary, Morimatsu Haochun, as the seller, entered into a product procurement contract with Senyan Yixin, as the buyer, on May 28, 2026.

Under the agreement, Senyan Yixin will purchase a slurry production system from Morimatsu Haochun for a total consideration of RMB 12 million, inclusive of tax.

Slurry, also known as polishing fluid, is a core electronic chemical used in the Chemical-Mechanical Polishing process for the precise planarization of wafer surfaces in semiconductor manufacturing.

The slurry production system provided under this contract is a core system for manufacturing this essential fluid.

The execution of this product procurement contract is expected to increase the group's revenue and profits, allowing it to accumulate manufacturing experience for slurry production systems and enhance its market competitiveness.
