• No outstanding options, warrants, convertibles or other agreements to issue shares: Sections covering share options, warrants, convertibles and other equity instruments were marked “Not applicable,” indicating no such instruments were outstanding or newly issued in July.

• Regulatory confirmations: The filing, signed by Company Secretary Kwong Yin Ping Yvonne, states that any securities-related activities during the period were duly authorised and complied with all applicable listing rules and legal requirements.

The unchanged capital structure and full regulatory compliance suggest operational stability in CC Securities’ equity base for the month under review.
