Hongxing Coldchain (Hunan) Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as HX COLDCHAIN) has announced a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 0.3053 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to a filing with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong dated 27 March 2026.

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 26 June 2026. Key timetable details are as follows:

• Ex-dividend date: 30 June 2026 • Latest time to lodge transfer documents: 02 July 2026, 16:30 • Book-closure period: 03 July – 08 July 2026 • Record date: 08 July 2026 • Payment date: 25 August 2026

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at an exchange rate to be announced later. Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, will act as share registrar.

Withholding tax arrangements are as follows: 1. Non-resident enterprise shareholders are subject to a 10% withholding tax. 2. Individual shareholders resident in Hong Kong, Macau, or jurisdictions with a 10% treaty rate will also incur a 10% withholding tax. 3. Individual shareholders from countries with a treaty rate between 10% and 20% will be taxed at the applicable treaty rate. 4. Individual shareholders from countries with a 20% treaty rate or without a PRC tax treaty will be subject to a 20% withholding tax.
