EC Healthcare announced that its latest Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.echealthcare.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously chose to receive printed documents have been sent hard copies according to their stated preference; those instructions will remain valid for one year from the date of receipt.

The company is encouraging investors to switch to electronic communications. Shareholders wishing to receive e-mail notifications when future corporate communications are posted online can submit a completed “Provision of Email Address Form” to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email to 2138-ecom@vistra.com. Maintaining a functional email address is the shareholder’s responsibility; once provided, the company will consider delivery obligations fulfilled unless a non-delivery message is received.

Printed copies of future corporate communications will remain available free of charge upon request, following the procedures outlined on the company’s website.
