The complete documents are now available for download on two official platforms: 1. Lee & Man Paper’s corporate website (www.leemanpaper.com) 2. Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk)

The board recommends shareholders and investors use the online versions for faster access and environmental considerations.

For those who encounter difficulties with electronic access, the company offers printed copies free of charge. Non-registered holders can obtain hard copies by completing the enclosed Request Form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 2314-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for Hong Kong postal returns.

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries should provide a functional email address to their intermediary if they prefer to receive future corporate communication notices electronically. Until a valid address is on file, only printed notices of publication can be sent.
