BaWang Group (BaWang International (Group) Holding Limited) has published its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying circular and the notice of its forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Shareholders who prefer hard-copy materials may obtain them free of charge by completing and mailing the enclosed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong.

Non-registered shareholders holding their shares through banks, brokers, custodians or nominees can opt to receive future corporate communications electronically by providing an email address to their respective intermediaries. Absent a functional email address on record, these shareholders will continue to receive printed notices of publication instead of electronic alerts.
