Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited announced that on 11 June 2026 it repurchased 60,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 2.51 and HKD 2.57, spending HKD 0.15 million in total.

Including this latest transaction, the group has repurchased 982,000 shares since 2 April 2026 that are earmarked for cancellation but have not yet been removed from the share register. The outstanding repurchased shares represent approximately 0.14 % of Chaoju Eye Care’s current issued share base of 705.18 million shares.

Despite the ongoing buy-back programme, the company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 705.18 million shares as of 11 June 2026, as none of the repurchased shares had been cancelled by the disclosure date.

Under the shareholder mandate granted on 12 May 2026, Chaoju Eye Care is authorised to repurchase up to 70.52 million shares. Since the mandate took effect, the company has acquired 600,000 shares, equivalent to 0.09 % of the outstanding shares on the mandate date, leaving 69.92 million shares—about 9.91 % of the issued capital—still available for repurchase.

The moratorium on issuing new shares following the most recent repurchase will be in place until 11 July 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing regulations.
