Shanghai Forest Cabin Cosmetics Group Co., Ltd. (FOREST CABIN) has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.95 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to its announcement dated 24 March 2026.

The payout remains subject to shareholder approval, with the meeting date yet to be confirmed. Key distribution details—including the ex-dividend date, record date, and applicable RMB/HKD exchange rate—will be announced in due course.

Dividend cheques are scheduled for dispatch on 15 July 2026. Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, will act as the Hong Kong share registrar.
