Ridge Outdoor International Limited announced a new arrangement that shifts all future corporate communications to electronic dissemination with immediate effect. The change follows amendments to the Hong Kong Listing Rules that came into force on 31 December 2023.

All documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents and circulars—will be posted in English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.ridgeoutdoor.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be distributed automatically.

Non-registered shareholders who require hard copies must complete and return a request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 2720-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains valid until the last day of the company’s next financial year unless revoked or replaced.
