Information from the latest Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosures reveals that on May 28, JPMorgan Chase & Co. increased its holding in CHINA OILFIELD (02883) by 1,535,997 shares.

The purchase price was approximately HK$7.9568 per share, resulting in a total transaction value of around HK$12.2216 million.

Following this acquisition, JPMorgan's latest shareholding stands at approximately 110 million shares, representing a stake of about 6.06% in the company.
