WANG ON PPT (01243) announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$608 million, representing a 37.55% year-on-year increase. However, the loss attributable to owners of the parent company amounted to HK$384 million, compared to a profit of HK$96.902 million in the same period last year. Basic loss per share stood at HK2.53 cents.

The increase in revenue was primarily driven by higher sales and the successful delivery of completed residential projects during the reporting period. The loss attributable to shareholders was mainly due to losses from the partial disposal of interests in joint ventures, impairment of properties held for sale, and a decrease in the share of profits from joint ventures.
