Information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on July 21st, POLY XVERSE IT (00209) experienced significant position movements. The total transfer value amounted to HK$154 million, representing 20.39% of the holdings. A shareholder of the company transferred 174 million shares into 结好证券 and transferred out 299 million shares from 中策富汇证券.

Previously, POLY XVERSE IT had issued an announcement regarding its major shareholder Ms. Wang Jingyu's intention to sell up to approximately 299 million company shares. The company's board of directors was informed by Ms. Wang Jingyu that all the placement shares were successfully placed to no fewer than six placees at a price of HK$0.33 per share.

According to the directors, after making all reasonable inquiries, to the best of their knowledge, information, and belief: (i) each placee and their respective ultimate beneficial owners are third parties independent of the company and its connected persons, with no connection or acting in concert with them; and (ii) no placee became a major shareholder of the company following the completion of the private placement.
