(2018) and chief accountant roles at G342 Jincheng City Transit Section Rerouting Engineering Construction Project Headquarters (2018–2021), Shanxi Construction Investment Jindongnan Investment Co., Ltd. (2022–2025), and Shanxi Infrastructure Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. (2025–2026).

Li was accredited as an intermediate accountant by the Shanxi Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in October 2012. The company confirms that he holds no shares in Shanxi Installation Group, maintains no relationships with existing directors, senior management, or major shareholders, and has not served as a director of any other publicly listed company during the past three years.

As of the announcement date, Shanxi Installation’s board comprises two executive directors, three non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors.
