Global Clean Energy, Inc. (OTCID: GCEI), a sustainable energy company, has announced an equity financing agreement with a family office to support its strategic development. The funding arrangement includes a commitment of up to $1 million, convertible into company shares and related warrants.

The initial $150,000 has been received, with a conversion price of $0.05 per share, accompanied by 30-month warrants exercisable at $0.25 per share, and a put option clause at $0.50 per share. The company believes this funding will enhance its ability to advance in priority areas such as clean energy, artificial intelligence, and infrastructure resilience, providing greater financial flexibility to capitalize on operational growth and strategic opportunities.

On the board level, the company announced that Gerald Enloe has resigned as a director. Concurrently, Greg Godbout has been appointed as a new director. Godbout has played a central role in the company's AI sales strategy, project pipeline, and innovation planning, leading initiatives related to the Flamelit project and the company's "AI for Humanity" mission.

Dr. Earl Azimov, the company's Chief Executive Officer, stated that the financing provides execution flexibility for the company's scaling in clean energy, applied AI, and resilience. Godbout's addition to the board reflects the growing impact of its government sales initiatives, including the expansion of a strong contract pipeline and successful public sector partnerships, with his leadership set to continue driving the company's next phase of development.
